OneDrive syncs your files across all your devices so you can access them from anywhere.

How to Set Up OneDrive Sync

  1. OneDrive is pre-installed on all company laptops. Look for the cloud icon in the system tray.
  2. Sign in with your company email (name@alphadev.com.sa)
  3. Choose which folders to sync to your computer for offline access
  4. Files are now accessible from File Explorer under “OneDrive – Alpha Development”

Files On-Demand

OneDrive Files On-Demand lets you see all your files in File Explorer without downloading them. This saves disk space.

  • Online-only files (cloud icon) — take no space, need internet to open
  • Locally available files (solid checkmark) — downloaded and available offline
  • Always keep on device (green circle) — permanently available offline

Right-click any file or folder to change its availability.

Using OneDrive on Mobile

Download the OneDrive app from your phone’s app store. Sign in with your company email to access, upload, and share files on the go. You can also scan documents using the app’s built-in scanner.
