Set up your Alpha Development email on your smartphone for access on the go.

Setting Up on iPhone (iOS)

1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store
2. Open the app and tap Add Account
3. Enter your company email address
4. Sign in with your company credentials
5. If prompted, approve the MFA notification on your device
6. Your email, calendar, and contacts will sync automatically

Setting Up on Android

1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from Google Play Store
2. Open the app and tap Get Started
3. Enter your company email address
4. Sign in with your company credentials
5. Approve the MFA notification
6. Your email and calendar are now available

Security Guidelines for Mobile Access

• Always use the Outlook app — do not add your company email to the default “Mail” app
• Enable device passcode or biometric lock on your phone
• Do not jailbreak or root your device
• If you lose your phone, contact IT immediately to revoke access
• Enable “Remote Wipe” option if available
